3. No Guarantee of Results

4. Fees

The initial consultation is free of charge. If we agree to take on your case, our compensation is strictly success-based — a percentage of the funds recovered, agreed in writing before any work begins.

We will never request:

• Upfront fees, registration fees, or advance payments
• Payment via cryptocurrency, gift cards, or wire transfer to unverified accounts
• "Tax" or "unlock" fees to release funds

Any request of this nature would indicate fraud — please contact us immediately if you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent us.

5. Client Obligations
